After two action-packed decades in the recruitment industry, riding the waves of economic change and supporting executives to make career and life-defining decisions, CEO Andrew Stoneham Knott had a dawning realisation.

Strong, visionary business leaders were not only dwindling in number, but those left were struggling to remain effective. Faced with huge mental and physical demands, often driven by commercial pressures and the pace of technological and societal change, burnout and underperformance were common. The effects were felt everywhere – from a company’s share price to family mealtimes. 

And so Deepsky was born.

Helen brings over 13 years of experience in the executive search, talent management, and leadership performance industries, where she has focused on connecting the right talent with the right opportunities to achieve meaningful outcomes. Her career began in recruitment and executive search, working across the UK, Europe, the United States, and Australia, and evolved into a passion for understanding what makes great leaders excel.

When Miramar Global launched Deepsky, Helen saw the opportunity to apply her experience in a commercially focused role—a natural progression that allowed her to shape how Deepsky supports high-performing leaders worldwide. Today, she ensures our message resonates with clients and that our leadership performance offering continues to evolve and meet the needs of modern organisations.
